First I would like to say how comfortable I feel with Dr Creekmore and she has helped me so much. I had Morpheus8 treatments and had absolutely no pain during or after the treatment. She discussed with me different treatments and what I could expect from them. I’m 75 and will hopefully be able to be a patient for many years. Thank you Dr Creekmore and staff!!!

I have rosacea on the inside of both my eyelids which is more than uncomfortable. Dr. Creekmore recently added a new machine and has completed 2 Forma treatments on me. My eyes are much improved since the two treatments. I highly recommend Dr. Creekmore and the new Forma treatment I received. She and her staff are excellent to work with and provide outstanding care.

I have been receiving IPL to my chest (décolletage) region to remove skin damage and sunspots by Dr. Creekmore. What a difference. My skin looks much younger and vibrant and the sun spots are gone. And Dr. Creekmore spent a lot of time treating all of the different areas of damage with the utmost professionalism. Highly recommend this MD. She’s caring, kind and very good at what she does.

While Dr Creekmore is amazing for any eye surgery, exams etc. She is also brilliant and talented with facial and lip injections. She will make you look at least 10 years younger and it’s lasts for over a year. I highly recommend her!

For 3 years I suffered from chronic styes and dry eye. I would get a new stye every 2 to 4 weeks. It was embarrassing and painful. I went to 4 different specialists who told me to use amedicated ointment and do warm compresses but that the issue would basically never go away.Finally I found Dr. Creekmore. She recommended Forma for my eyelids and within 24 hours of the first treatment the horrible stye I had was nearly gone and my eyesfelt so much more comfortable! For the first time in three years I've gone an entire month with no recurrence of styes following my treatment. My quality of life and self-confidence have improved dramatically.

Dr. Creekmore is hands down the best doctor I’ve ever had.I developed a pretty bad stye several months ago, which turned into a chalazion. I tried to wait and see if it would go away on its own, but to no avail.So I bit the bullet and went in to have it removed under a local block. I was VERY scared but Dr. Creekmore helped me through it every step of the way so I knew exactly what was going on. Her patience and understanding gave me a lot of reassurance, and the procedure was quick and painless. It has now been about 3 weeks and my eye is back to normal!! I’m so happy I had it done.She is more than worth an hour drive from St. Pete, and I can’t express how highly I recommend her! Thank you so much for all your care over this past year and a half.

I had a growth on my eyelid. Dr. Creekmore did the removal and it looks amazing. You can't even tell anything was ever there.

I originally visited Tampa Bay Eye and Facial Aesthetics to address my droopy eyelids and problems with vision in February. After a thorough exam with Dr. Creekmore, she recommended an upper lid blepharoplasty. I am very happy with my results!On my follow up visit, Dr. Creekmore recommended a 20 min in office treatment of Forma with her Medical Aesthetician to address my dry eyes and clogged glands. She explained all of the benefits of Forma which include, helping dry eye discomfort, improves tear quality and it even promotes collagen to help with fine lines and wrinkles. The treatment felt like a hot stone massage on the eyes and was very relaxing. Immediately after, I felt like my eyes were more lubricated and no longer irritated. I am just a few days post treatment and I am noticing the tightening of skin around my eyes. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to see Dr. Creekmore and her team for more Forma treatments.

Dr Creekmore is fantastic! She performed cataract surgery on me and my world haschanged tremendously! I now see true colors, I can see the soap in the shower should it slip from my hand, I don't have halos around streetlights at night, I can read my Kindle without glasses! She corrected my vision to 20/20 with glasses after being 20/50and 20/40in my right and left eye (with glasses) respectively. She delt with an unexpected issue in one eye due to a previous detached retina. This was done professionally and with great care.Dr. Creekmore is kind, professional, patient oriented, compassionate, and patient focused. She deserves all my 5 stars
